Leadership
Angella de Beer brings extensive experience to Pacific Hills Early Learning Centre, having worked in the early learning sector for many years. She spent 15 years at one centre, serving as Educational Leader and, for the past eight years, as Director.
She joined Pacific Hills drawn by its strong Christ-centred foundation and commitment to nurturing children in a caring, values-based environment. Angella believes every child is uniquely created with their own strengths, potential and purpose. She is passionate about fostering a safe and supportive environment where children feel secure to explore, imagine and grow. She places strong emphasis on wellbeing as the foundation for learning and champions child-led programs that build independence, curiosity and confidence.
As a leader, Angella is committed to supporting and empowering her team, fostering a culture of collaboration, reflection and shared purpose. She values strong partnerships with families, recognising the important role they play in each child’s learning journey and in building a connected centre community.
